Overview
Set on an island off the coast, a techno rave party attracts a diverse group of college coeds and a Coast Guard officer. The dialogue is laughable, the acting is horrible, and the only thing worse than these two things is the direction. But I'll be damned if there isn't some genuinely fun practical effects sequences set to music on offer.
