A teeny-tiny bit better than the original. Still a drag, though.
<em>'Yewendoch Guday 2'</em>, like its predecessor, is overlong at almost 1hr 50mins as it still fails to entertain. To be fair, though, I think it's objectively a more well made film - (extremely) relatively so. I mean that both on and off screen, the plot has slightly more to it but also filmmaking-wise it is a minute improvement in my opinion.
Like before, the cast are likeable enough that I didn't hate what I was watching. With that said, as with the first movie, I was certainly happy to see the credits arrive! Still, good to tick off Ethiopia in my <a href="https://letterboxd.com/r96sk/list/around-the-world-in-1261-days/" rel="nofollow">world trip</a>.
